The world is overflowing with data: pictures, music, words, spreadsheets, videos and it’s not slowing down. Machine learning is not magic, but a set of tools to uncover meaning from messy, real-world data. We need systems that learn and adapt, because we cannot simply program everything by hand. AI explores many paths—neural networks, reinforcement learning, pattern recognition, with no single “right” answer yet. At every step of my journey, I’m exploring the art, science, and tools of machine learning.

I enjoy traveling most of my time. I enjoy the mountains, swimming in the ocean, and exploring new cities. When forced indoors, I watch movies, read books, cook a variety of foods, and do some innovative programming, and I spend my free time exploring the latest technological advances in the world of artificial intelligence.
